Meet Pamela
Pamela Jones-Goodridge BSc (Hons); MSW; CSW; EdD (candidate) is the holder of a dual masters in clinical and administrative social work from the Graduate School of Social Services of world-renowned Fordham University. With 19 years post qualification experience, her clinical focus for her masters was in assessment modalities, crisis intervention and management, and the administrative concentration was in programme development and implementation. As preventive social work practice models are heavily reliant on education in all facets; from theoretical applications, to analysis of assessments and treatment modalities, Ms. Jones-Goodridge continues to expand her skills set, and is presently a doctoral candidate in the area of education specializing in leadership and policy.
Meet Liz-Ann
Liz-Ann Taylor is a practicing Attorney-at-Law and the legal expertise behind CIPAS. In addition to being an attorney, she is also a Generalist Social Work Practitioner with a Bachelor’s of Science in Social Work. Her knowledge and experience within the social work arena is vast and diverse ranging from school based social work in Barbados to working with at risk youth in Canada. The consummate professional Ms. Taylor has successfully managed to incorporate her social work training with that of her legal training, bringing a wealth of knowledge of procedural practices relating to compliance and ethical best practices both from a legal perspective and a social work perspective.
Meet Naila
From Collaborator to team member. Kenya based Naila is a Learning Concept and Education Design Strategist and influencer. Highly skilled in programme and project management, monitoring, evaluation and assessment, digital literacy, curriculum development, planning, capacity building and training.
The holder of qualifications at both a Bachelor and Masters level, she is presently a Doctoral Candidate in Education with particular focus on Concept Learning Strategies.
Meet Rico
Barbados based Rico Antoine is a Counselling Psychologist whose focus areas are mental health issues, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, anger management reduction, substance use and abuse treatment intervention, and impulse control challenges.
He is the holder of a BSc in Psychology and Management and an MA in Counselling Psychology (Distinction).
Meet Paula
Meet team member Paula Massy. Based in Guyana, Paula holds BSc and Masters level certification in Social Work. A clinically trained practitioner, her specialist areas are Child Care Protection, Child Trafficking, Social Justice and Advocacy, and Gender Based Issues.
Paula, who is presently completing her PhD also extends her extensive knowledge and training in her specialized areas as a University Lecturer.
